We get a lot of requests and we know your project is important to you. So here are some tips to help us help you as efficiently and quickly as possible.

1. Please be as detailed as possible.
2. Please verify logins for any sites we need to access to complete the work.
3. Please include everything in one ticket if possible. Example: to add your blog post we need: blog post copy, headline, desired keyword, featured image, and publish date.


Examples of Urgency:
High: My website is down
Medium: A website feature is not working
Low: There is a typo or broken image on a page or you'd like something to be added to your site.

  2. Click on "Update Payment Methods" to add your new credit card, and then make it your default payment method.
  3. If you have a maintenance subscription or a website payment plan, please click on "Subscriptions." Then click on the “Subscription Order Number” or “View.” That will take you to a page where you can click “Change Payment” to update your information to your new card.
