    Patsy Clairmont is a Christian speaker, author, and mentor. She speaks to women’s groups across the country and has an audience of fans who adore her! She also mentors writers and speakers to help them tell their stories, eliminate writer's block, and take their next steps on their personal development journey.

    OBJECTIVES

    Patsy came to me looking for a website redesign for her outdated blog/eCommerce site.

    The objectives were to:

    • Provide a clear customer journey for her visitors.
    • Design an attractive website and blog that effectively converts visitors into subscribers.
    • Build an email funnel including landing pages, thank you pages, and follow up autoresponder messages.
    • Add clear calls to action strategically throughout the site.
    • Redesign the site to give it a more modern feel that matches Patsy's fun and warm personality.
    • Add a more modern shopping cart that would allow Patsy to sell her books and artwork, both on her site as well as on her Facebook page.
    • Integrate her speaking events into the site.
    • Optimize the site so it is SEO friendly.
    • Brand the site, using Patsy's photos as inspiration.
    • The website also had to be easy to use and update so Patsy's team could make updates and changes.
